Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal, the highly reputable on-line payment system. In the event that you are not happy paying on-line we will happily accept cheques, goods will be dispatched when cleared funds have reached our bank account.
Delivery Policy
As many of our products are made to order delivery times may be longer than ‘off the shelf’ outlets. We will give you realistic time scales for delivery.
Patchwork quilts are labour intensive therefore we will require at least 6 weeks from order date to design, collate and create the piece. If we are busy this may take longer but we will always keep you informed. On receipt of your order we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery date. In the event that you are not happy with this we will grant a full refund without a quibble.
Our other products; bunting, bags, keepsake hearts; will on average have a 21 day delivery window. As with our quilts, on receipt of your order we will notify you of the expected date of delivery and if you are not happy with this we will immediately issue a full refund.

Please note, if you need your order for a date that is within the delivery window let us know and if we can accommodate your order we will. We will not take on orders that we are not confident we can satisfy within the timescale agreed, our reputation is too important to us. We do what we say we’ll do.

Goods value less than £10.00 = £1.95
Goods value less than £50.00 = £2.95
Goods value between £50.00 and £149.99 = £4.95
Goods value £150.00 or more = FREE
International deliveries?
Please contact us for a quotation for postage to international destinations.
Returns
We offer a fair returns policy in line with the distance selling regulations.
Notify us of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of delivery and we will happily refund you.
Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on our part.
We do ask however that the goods are returned in their original condition and as you would expect, personalised goods are non-refundable.
